A community of 50+ people exists here in shelters made fromcardboard boxes, palettes and wood (visible in the background). A sign tenyards away from here says fires are illegal, but broken palettes are alwaysburning here in winter and the police seems to turn a blind eye.I also have a high quality sound file of a homeless man from here playingcarols on his tin whistle, if you're interested. It adds discernable ambiance!
