Probably completely out of touch, even as a child. Lizard has always wanted to go home. As a child he thought of returning to that place he knew would "feel" like home.Time continues on, and so does the "Walk" and so, in step with a deceitful heart, he continues to believe he is on the way.The others simply sit silently by. Hoping he will realize on his own that they are all headed in the opposite direction.
