About moslem cab drivers at prayer

The sound that you will hear is from the St. Ignatius Church Choir (see other pano) - the prayers of the moslems are silent. Moslems pray six times a day starting at 4:00 A.M. The prayers are at specific times during the day and are called Sunrise, Fajar, Zuhur, Asar, Maghrib, and Isha. Some devout Moslems even get up at 2:00 A.M. to pray. West Wacker Drive is where many Moslem cab drivers come to pray. The prayer you see is Asar. This prayer is silent. The cab drivers carry their prayer rugs in the trunk of their car. It is late in the day and the sun is starting to go down behind the buildings in the west. Every day at these times there are millions of people forming circles around the world praying toward Mecca.
