Biography

Michael Shea Fousie of LightCurve Design is based in Portland, Oregon. He combines an extensive background as a photographer, cinematographer and video journalist. Mike's photographic work has taken him around the world. He has worked a variety of challenging environments in the Azores, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Japan, Korea, Egypt and throughout the United States. His award winning documentation includes Hurricane Andrew in Florida, the eruption of Mt. St. Helens in the Pacific Northwest and the Space Shuttle Launch from Cape Canaveral. His work has been distributed on all the major television networks, including CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, NHK and the Discovery Channel.
