My name is Paul Lyons. I am a 43 year old father and native of Kentucky. I have spent most of my life as a graphic artist. I started my Star Wars action figure collection approximately eight years ago, quite by accident, when I found a partial collection for sale. As the years have gone by, and the story-lines of the Star Wars movies have become endeared to me and my family I've added to the collection. I have found that the figures offer a permanence and timeless quality to this exciting tale. I share my devotion to the WORLD that George Lucas created with my wife and our special nine year old daughter and have found a common bond that reaches worlds beyond to bring families together.

Artists Statement

My "SACRED WORLD" is the imaginary world of the Star Wars Trilogy. The Storm trooper helmet was a way for me to put my love for my work, my hobby, and the web together and share it with others who enjoy the art of a true master, George Lucas. Just shooting the helmet wasn't enough. A special changing background had to be created for each frame of the movie, the soundtrack was next, a small portion of the title was shortened and looped to play as the movie opens. I felt it all come together...the Force was with me. Immersive Imaging is an exciting and innovative form of advertising that has found a valuable place in my life. I believe that his form of advertising/communication will quickly find it's place in the digital society that we live in. It is my hope that through my collection and QTVR images, future generations will appreciate this fantasy world that is my SACRED WORLD.
